Horrible company, left me stranded, driver never showed up or call me!! Allstate said they never reached out to them also! This after waiting for over two hours ! For the tow truck!! Simply heart less , I feel for anyone who in addition to a needed tow, actually get their vehicle repaired here! Ouch!!! No idea what professionalism stands for!!!

These people are completely incompetent and inconsiderate . First the break job was $350 on Friday then comes Monday it's bumped to $450 now the job is $800 . The job is crucial so I decided to agree on the $800 and they said they would call me at 5:00 - 5:30 to come get my car . its 6pm with no call from them so I figured to jump on the bus and go see whats going on and the shop is closed . it's pouring down raining and they didn't even have enough consideration to let me know the status of my car and now I'm stranded on Sutphin Blvd and I live in Brooklyn . I would never come to these people ever again .

Lewis and his team are knowledgeable, honest, offer fair pricing, and don't skimp on service. I brought my car in on Monday and the car was ready as promised, 4 days later looking brand new. Would definitely recommend them and will be back in the future.
