Ms. Rosa is a complete and total pleasure to work with and she always gets us a great refund. She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and considerate, year after year, and her fee is very reasonable and fair. Whenever I have brought my children into the office for our tax appointment, she has healthy, allergy-friendly snacks and juice for them and hot keurig drinks for me. She even has a table for children and offers to put cartoons on the tv to keep them entertained during our appointment. I have been going to her for the last 5 years and she has never made me feel rushed and always answers any questions I have in a courteous, respectful manner. I have recently moved about an hour away from her office but come tax season, I will definitely make the trip back to have Ms. Rosa prepare our taxes.
