This is the worst UPS Store in all of New York. Only one employee is working while the others seem to be doing background tasks. The line is incredibly long. They should hire more people if they choose a location like this.

Everything is bad: a line to get in, a long time waiting, only one person serving and the worst thing is that you have to take the returns in a packaged bag or box, one package per product even if the return has been made together. Poor quality of customer service.

Really wish I can give ZERO STARS!!! Not only there’s a line BUT UNDER A 90 degree weather to wait outside is crazy!!! And the ups driver comes and throws peoples packages like it’s nothing but waste and when I went in he HIT MY LEG WITH THE PACKAGE THAT HE WAS THROWING AROUND TO PUT IN THE CART!!! DIDN’T SAY SORRY!!!! I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!

I have been coming here for years, there is long lines most of the time but it does clear up eventually which hasn’t really affected me personally given that the workers are doing their best. This is the most convenient location for me so I am ok with waiting a little longer than any other location.

Years of negative reviews about understaffed store with long lines and management has done nothing. Writing this review as I'm waiting in said long line.

I waited for 30 minutes to return a package, only for a woman to cut the line, waltz into the store, get service from the workers there. When the people in front of me complained about her cutting, the staff didn't do anything about it.
They should implement a ticketing system so that people can queue up virtually instead of having to stand outside and line up in person down the block. That way I can do something else instead of just waiting in the heat while I'm in the area.
Also resolves the issue of people cutting the line - no ticket, no service.

Worst UPS store! Always a very long line. Only one person working! Been waiting to drop of a pre-paid package over 30 minutes. Go somewhere else if you're in a hurry! I suggest you hire more people. I know I won't be coming here again and will advise all my neighbors to stay away from this store. The owners are putting profits over people. Shameful!
