This place is amazing. The security person was welcoming. The Gentleman was on the floor name Emilio was very helpful, he assisted us to get the correct size and patiently asked if we need more help, he also went to check inventory as well to make sure we get the product we need. The cashiers were also very respectful, they did an easy exchange for us. overall it was a pleasant experience. i really recommend this place for shoe shopping. The only thing about this place is they didn’t have enough collections for kids specially big kids sizes 3,4,5. Other than that, cool place. Highly Recommend it.

I chose this waterproof shoes instead of water resistant for obvious reason. Today after walking a while in the rain theres moisture all over the front of the shoes and its not even crazy rain out there. You can feel it with your feet and squeeze into tissue from the inside that gets wet. Its not like i have pool inside but moisture is accumulating there. Nothing regarding store. Just disappointed with this product that was $100 and was advertised as waterproof.

Jessica help us a lot finding our sizes also my 2yrs old daughter wanted to use the bathroom ( she's learning) one of the lady's told us they don't have a bathroom even though we bought few pairs of sneakers Jessica let us use it for emergency.. I think kids and old people should have priority for bathroom

I am completely satisfied and I will definitely recommend Skechers based on my experience with my representative, Michael.Michael’s assistance is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, time effective, and met with a smile. I appreciate him and Skechers for having him in their employ.In my opinion, Michael, would make a great addition to management, but still be interactive and on the floor over seeing customer relations.Thank you. :)

I've never been in a Skechers that the workers went above and beyond to help you. You walked in and you felt welcomed. I wish a lot more store were like this. The other two Skechers in the area (Queens place & Queens Center) no one wants to help. All their workers prefer to be on their phones then help. Thank you Jackson Heights.

As a fan of Skechers, it's a great place to go shoe shopping. The store is clean and employed are all friendly. However, as is often the case I've found in factory outlet stores, they are not extremely helpful when you are searching for shoes.The biggest issue in the location is the lack of places to try on shoes! There are no sitting areas near the front half of the store. The only benches, which are tiny, are in the back of the site, near the clearance section. This is convenient when you are looking through the clearance racks. But if you are doing the new shoes, you'll have to bring them all the way to the back to try them on. If they just added a sitting area or two towards the front of the store it would make trying on, and purchasing, shoes that much easier.

Alexander was extremely helpful and willing to assist me in searching for the sneakers I wanted (black and white d-lites) while the other employees didn't greet me or my friend as we walked past them as they avoided eye contact as to not feel obligated to assist us though it was visibly obvious they weren't busy other than just talking about their personal issues and blinking their umbrella lashes and sucking their teeth which made them unapproachable. My friend and i agreed that Alexander is definitely a great asset to this location even the security guard agreed. Though the sneakers i wanted weren't in stock his way of serving us changed my view of the store with his attentiveness. I hope more employees follow this gentleman's code of conduct as he sets a great example and standard of how customers should be welcomed and treated.

I've been here a few times and it's always such a pleasant experience. Everyone here is always working super hard restocking shelves or asking customers how they can help them. Karen is someone who I have noticed is always willing to go the extra mile when I go in there and I love her refreshing personality. Wish places had more Karen's I don't think there would ever be any complaints.
