The card I used to make the payment had been compromised which caused an issue in processing the return, however, this store had no problem helping me with getting my refund! The person who helped me, Carlos, was super patient and at first, he gave me the store policy response but he then called corporate to try and help me out. Stores barely ever do this and I really appreciate that they took the time to help me out. I seldom shop at Payless but I will stop by more often now!”
