“This is A GREAT Drop Off Center! In some cases, I needed to send back items to: LLBean or Amazon. Since they provide a UPS or FedEx label for the return, I bring the item to this store, so that UPS or FedEx can pick it up! There are NO pick ups on Sunday! It's always a good idea, to call ahead to see if they are open! They come in the subway, & there might be delays because of they are using public transportation. We should keep that in mind! There's NO parking in this area, so please be aware of this! Sometimes, they are a bit late getting to the store, & you might have to wait outside on the sidewalk! I have used 3 drop off stores over the years, & this one is by far the: BEST! From the moment that you hand them the item, they immediately scan the label! SO: Your item is IN the system instantly! This is something, that we should always make sure off! It's in our own best interest! The people that work in this store, seem to be from Nepal, & they have always treated me, respectfully! This is of great importance to me! All items that I have left at this drop off store for pick up, made it to the return centers: PRONTO! Reliable, Professional & Respectful! NYC at its best! “I went on Saturday to return an order, and it was quick. I live nearby, so this is the first time I went to this location. I usually go to the one in Astoria which is also a bus ride away from me. There is a line, but it does move fast. My advice is to try to come early if you’re not patient with the line.”
