“I needed to return a package and was given instructions from the company to use FEDex shipping. I went to this location and had the quickest and pleasant transaction. I already had my printed return label and just needed to purchase a bag $3.80 size to fit a shoebox- the original bag was destroyed. Took me all of 2 minutes if that much.Upon entering the sales person said “ Hello, how may I help” no attitude. Carol help me with the correct bag to buy ( no upsale) and sealed it for me. I gave her my return receipt and she scanned the bag and gave me a receipt. Carol was absolutely professional and courteous.The establishment is very clean, everything is in order and they have enough large tables to wrap your items. They offer several printers, copiers , computers, tape, bubble wrap etc. You’ll get things done fast here, there was enough staff (3) at the time.I was informed politely by one of the staff members CORPORATE DO NOT ALLOW FOR PHOTOS TO BE TAKEN INSIDE.I have respect and deleted the photos I had taken to show the establishment .There is meter street parking and the block is very busy and hectic, beware Traffic Enforcement is out and will write parking tickets. The business is wheelchair accessible.”

“This is A GREAT Drop Off Center! In some cases, I needed to send back items to: LLBean or Amazon. Since they provide a UPS or FedEx label for the return, I bring the item to this store, so that UPS or FedEx can pick it up! There are NO pick ups on Sunday! It's always a good idea, to call ahead to see if they are open! They come in the subway, & there might be delays because of they are using public transportation. We should keep that in mind! There's NO parking in this area, so please be aware of this! Sometimes, they are a bit late getting to the store, & you might have to wait outside on the sidewalk! I have used 3 drop off stores over the years, & this one is by far the: BEST! From the moment that you hand them the item, they immediately scan the label! SO: Your item is IN the system instantly! This is something, that we should always make sure off! It's in our own best interest! The people that work in this store, seem to be from Nepal, & they have always treated me, respectfully! This is of great importance to me! All items that I have left at this drop off store for pick up, made it to the return centers: PRONTO! Reliable, Professional & Respectful! NYC at its best! “I have been coming here for years, there is long lines most of the time but it does clear up eventually which hasn’t really affected me personally given that the workers are doing their best. This is the most convenient location for me so I am ok with waiting a little longer than any other location.”
