Our family used to go to this place but my dad who is almost 70 years old went there today to get light bulbs and it costed about $20. The guy there charged him exactly $100 to my Dad's card and he told me the guy was almost not willing to give the receipt to him. it was when my dad finally came home and checked his bank app just to look at the transaction because he is so careful with everything like most older people. Poor Dad had to all the way back there just to confront this store guy and get his money back. The world is just becoming a danger place to live in these days that even stores are doing these fraudulent acts. I have heard customers cheat but the stores people too now. That's mind blowing. And to a senior citizen? People are desperate these days. Be aware everywhere you go..always check your bank account after purchasing from any store.

This store is a local gem. Great stock, this store has everything, window screens to tile grout. Excellent customer service, super helpful. Jackson Heights Supply has everything you need for your Home.

I love old hardware stores that have everything you need, plus the knowledge to back it up. I failed to get the older guys name, but he helped me with a very old lock. And the prices are fair. Only drawback? Parking! But it was worth it. Found what homedepot didn't have.

Didn’t realize this place was a chain! This location is packed with items needed for anything hardware related. Literally anything you need you’ll likely find it here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. Worth checking out if you need items related to homes or businesses
