This clinic operates with a sister clinic, they do not issue their own certifications and this process is fraudulent, I have been planning my trip to Hawaii with them, I did all the vaccination schedule and requirements necessary to enter Hawaii, they gave me all the documents and when I arrived in Hawaii my dog was detained in quarantine because the certifications were false, they had double signatures, and at the time the Honolulu quarantine office looked for them, they disappeared.

The staff was so kind to my cat and sweet with her. She was very scared at first but warmed up to them. Everyone worked really hard to understand what was going on with my cat’s stomach and why she kept vomiting. They took her temperature, did her blood work, x rays, gave her fluids, an antibiotic, an anti acid , and she didn’t feel a thing! They sent her home with a can of digestive care food, an antibiotic, and told me to give her half a Pepcid every day. I appreciate how thorough they were. Great job. And my cat is starting to feel better.

I called to ask for the NEW REQUIREMENT from the CDC related to the Rabies Certificate sent by the US-accredited veterinarian to be endorsed by the USDA to import US dogs back into the USA. The African-American lady was so rude to me while I was trying to explain it was a new requirement from the CDC. In plane words she said I am wrong and they don’t provide that, then she hang up on me. She’s the one that doesn’t listen and think she knows everything. They should be watching for new regulations and be mindful of that. This place only cares about your money, not their practice.

My first time there was last year and they were amazing! But this time there are not the same doctors and the assistant is who’s boss in that place. My dog was needing a medicine to stop bleeding from her mouth and the assistant refused to give me the medicine and the doctor didn’t touch the dog. Not happy with this went they did the procedure on her mouth they approached that she was sleeping to cut her nails (that I didn’t requested) Being a dog groomer for long time I knew my dogs don’t need to cut it. My dog was bleeding on all her nails!!! For long time because she cut it super short. And I call there to let them know and she just said: “I understand “? Uh!? NO PROFESSIONALISM! At all
Just want to make sure no body use them no more… this place is not good they just want $ for everything and no care for the animals.

I took my dog to this place. The only the vet knows is to charge for the service. And never gave the medical records to the insurance

Very bad service. They Take u $ And give. U. Wrong prescriptions. My doggie it doing worse today ! But Im Putting a claim on this place we will. see. each other faces In. Court.. I’m closing u place down ! For sure .very unprofessional And you care less for all this animals that need. The medical care U just want $. But u know what. U. Will paid $ in a lawyer. People. This. Is. A. Fraudulent clinic. With now real doctors.

I had an appointment at 11 which I arrived 15 minutes early, I waited more than 45 minutes and they did not attend to me, a lack of respect and the unpleasant place needs more cleaning

This place needs to be shut down from the trauma they are putting these cats through. My cat is new terrified of all vets because of her experience here. The difference between how they treated her here and other places is astonishing.
They held a 5 week old kitten down with their whole body weight while she was so sick couldn’t even moved. My baby had god dam nightmares after.

Bad experience, I took my dog for the first time, they did the tests for which I spent 800 dollars, the first doctor who treated her said that we should wait for the results, after 5 days I had to see another doctor who did not want to explain anything to me about the results of his exams, he was rude and short-sighted, he was a dark-skinned doctor, they were interested in me paying more money for an echocardiogram, I paid 100 dollars for that echocardiogram, which they told me he couldn't refund me... please read the reviews before making agreements to a veterinarian... for some the lives of our pets are important... but they are not interested in well-being and they carry you from here to there with your dog... as a result their levels have increased for the worse, compared to their previous exams She is a 14-year-old dog and they didn't want to check or do anything.

Staff needs proper training with cats - are very aggressive compared to other places. And the vet does not explain very well. On top of not the most sanitary place - old towels with holes etc. Tho Staff did help my cat and they were attentive however.
