My experience in this place is the following: I needed to buy a new cell phone, the saleswoman told me that to have a lower price I had to buy it with a new line, I told her that I was not interested and that I only wanted the cell phone with my current line. without changes in number, I had been paying a bill of 35.00 dollars a month, she told me that to have unlimited Internet I would stay at 50.00, I accepted, but she told me that in the next month I had to go to the store in question so they could activate the 50.00 plan, after the month I go to pay and they have approximately two hours and they tell me that they don't know what is happening with the system but that the bill I have to pay is 68.00 and that they cannot do nothing about it, my recommendation is to be very careful with these types of sellers who only use tricks to deceive people, they are not responsible for anything and users like us are affected and we have support from nothing, not from anyone. The rating for this store is zero. Thank you

Went there asking for the iphone 12 deal for $99, willing to become a new customer for them, at first she said she had it and that the total after tax and activation would be $320, when I started questioning the amount she proceeds to call her “boss”, then kept texting the boss saying that now it was gonna be $380 total, unable to provide the breakdown of why so much( $99 phone+ tax +first month 65$=??)
She then said bc that was their last available iphone 12 in stock, she couldn’t sell it to me. So keep it as a souvenir. I am white, and totally felt discriminated by her(hyspanic) and will escalate this matter to the competent authorities. This business is a scam, don’t waste your time as they will lie to your face. Shame!

Be careful with your receipts and money. Catherine helped me, but she verbally told me a price for an activation. She took the change out of the box but never gave it to me. Then she gave me a receipt which included $14.99, from a case that had never been I bought. The receipt showed the entire amount of money I gave her. Since I was late for work I couldn't go back to ask for an explanation, but it's not ethically right since it looks like theft.

Came in around approximately 4:30ish on July 4 looking for a replacement SIM card. The girl at the desk was busy with a family in front, however had a few minutes to spare so I said hello, and continued to ask about a purchasing a new replacement SIM card. I understand that she could be busy but she responded extremely rudely by saying she was very busy and won’t be able to assist me for the next 20 mins. I said that’s okay and that I was willing to wait since it was urgent. After about 20 mins of waiting , close to 5, she tells me that she will no longer be able to assist me because she was supposed to be leaving at 5pm. The sign on the door clearly said closing time 6pm. Also, if she was supposed to be leaving at 5pm? it would have been nice to inform me when I entered the store so I wouldn’t waste my time waiting to be helped. Customer service not even worth a star!

I had a great experience at this location! Very clean, from the glass windows to the floor! Julius and the young woman (I was never given or asked her name) we're very engaging and nice to my daughter and I. Julius hooked me up, okaaaay! I had a budget and with that budget I paid the next month's bill, got my new phone and was even eligible for a discounted bill with the Affordable Connectivity Program! He was even so kind to charge my old phone and sync my contacts. The only downside was that if I didn't understand Spanish we'll enough (I am Black) I'd have been upset because he set my phone up and left it.... in Spanish!!!! Nonetheless, I'd have given a five star review but.... I had no issues at all until one thing happened... I wrote the word 'hey' in a text, and beside it in the production text was clearly someone's Instagram name and I'm feeling like my phone was either used or refurbished somehow and I wasn't informed . Not cool! But, with that said, I'm giving for stats! Thank you guys
