Had keys made and they use the wrong blank. Had to come back again but they were closed and you cannot even see their store hours when the front security gate is down. So had to make more trips back and when the gate is up then you see their hours listed as 12AM (should be 12PM) to 6AM. The guy gave me a refund, but did not refund sales tax unless I had a receipt. They never gave me a receipt and I know I paid sales tax since I had to dig through my wallet for loose change. Not only did they cut my keys wrong and made me come back several times, they did not refund me the sales tax I paid and never apologize for their mistake. It is illegal to charge sales tax and not refund it to customers, because the store decides to charge sales tax to some customers and not others, but relies on the cashier remembering to give customers a receipt and or that under normal circumstances the customer keeps a receipt. Very shaddy practice since they seem to select which customers they feel should pay sales tax.

Get what you need to fix problems around the house or apartment. Nice guy working there, maybe the owner. They also have electricians and plumbers. I just don't know if they charge high or average for those services. Mera's Tip: clear the drain

The guy behind the counter was super nice and gave us great plumbing advice. We were two women who really didn't know much about plumbing, so he could have exploited us, but instead he gave us a suggestion that only cost $10 and completely fixed the issue. I would highly recommend!
