Too many offers to purchase additional overpriced insurance. Not the easiest delivery, it took 3 hours of waiting and sales talk to get the keys. Car wasn't cleaned totally. They wear you out so you just want to run.
They keep you waiting for the next person, and the next, and finally after a heavy sales pitch from 4 different person's, you get sent to the yard where ur car is already running and your patience gone, you just want to get out.

Called 4 times to make an appointment for an oil change. Here is how that went.
1st attempt (1 week ago) - No response. I left a voicemail for a call back and no one called me back.
2nd attempt today - Phone went straight to voicemail and said they were closed, even though I was transferred from the sales dept.
3rd attempt today: On hold for 15 mins, Did not speak to anyone
4th attempt today: Finally spoke to someone and they don't have any slots available for a week.
I'll find another establishment to give my money to. You guys should probably work on answering the phones so you don't lose business.

I leased a Nissan Rogue and Mr. King was my salesperson and every helpful, professional as well amazing. Until this day from July 8th I have not received a survey for my sales person which is ridiculous and would let to get one to provide my feedback.

Came yesterday looking to lease another Nissan Frontier. Sales person was terrible and not willingly to negotiate or even give us the time of day. Even made sly comments that my fiancé didn’t know math. We left and went straight to Nissan of Garden City and was able to get into a pro 4x for 460 a month 0 down, meanwhile the sales person here was no where close. Disappointing experience here, sales ppl should be nicer

Hispanic Friend Do not fall for the lie of this company, they are always trying to deceive you and place rates in your contract that are useless, at the time of closing and signing they sell you insurance that you never know how to use, you try to have information which It never arrives and the worst thing is that they make you pay, they promise to cancel the contract within a period of time but it is a lie, then you get calls from the finance company and they only avoid responsibility between companies
Don't really fall for this.

Very happy with my Nissan Rogue. The seller Pedro Carrillo provided us with excellent service, his kindness, attention and honesty made us decide to buy after having gone to many other sellers where they did not treat us as well as Pedro. I am very disappointed with the management at Koeppel Nissan. I purchased a new 2019 370Z Nismo and have used their recommended mechanic for four years. Recently, after an oil change, my car came back with paint damage. The mechanic informed me about the damage, but no compensation was offered.
This experience has severely impacted my trust in their service. Consequently, I am considering selling my 370Z Nismo and switching to a different brand. I request that Koeppel Nissan review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the damage. Will update if there will be any change but I doubt it since they have been very quiet since the incident.

After my experience with Koeppel Nissan as a first time new car buyer - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Raul was my sales associate during the process and was a pleasure to work with. I was quickly shown the vehicles and test drove them within minutes of meeting Raul. It did not take us long to pick which vehicle was best for me along with showing me all color/interior options available. Raul was confident during the process without being overbearing, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the car/brand and knew the value of Nissan. I made a deal on my first visit with confidence. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and text me all updates very promptly. I was able to pick up the vehicle several days later and even with minor unrelated inconveniences surrounding my changing of plates - Raul corrected the problem within minutes - saving me potentially hours of time at a NY inspection and a delay in taking the vehicle home. Alex in finance was also extremely pleasurable to work with, had all the paperwork ready and answered all my questions. When I was ready to take my new car home, Raul took the time to teach me all my new features and made sure I was comfortable with the car!! The process was completely painless and smooth especially as a first time new car buyer!!!

From start to finish - Pedro and Christian are amazing!!! They were super professional, friendly and caring. Pedro was extremely patient while allowing me to find my perfect car that’s suitable for me (in almost 100 degree weather). Highly recommend!!!
