It’s sad having to leave years of ties with this tqx agency. Have been filing taxes here for years and this is the first time I had to bear the penalty fee and interest fee. One of the staff there seems to have communication issues which led me to paying the fees. Utterly disappointed with the firm.

READ THIS BEFORE ANYTHING THIS IS VERY COMMON BUT PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE WE GOT PROBLEM HERE , THE MAIN GUY PUT ONE OF THE PAGE SECTION ON LOW NUBER CLAIM OR PARTIAL CLAIM .HE DO THIS TO GET THE MOST RETURN FOR THE CUSTOMER SO THY KEEP COMING TO HIS LOCATION , BUT FROM CUSTOMER SIDE THERES A PROBLEM... IRS DETECTED THAT THE CUSTOMER PAID ONLY PARTIAL THEN THEY END UP SENDING PENELTY ANOTHER INCIDENT HAPPEN WHERE HE PUT WRONG SOCIAL SECURITY ON HIS PRIVATE APPLICATION AND MAKE PEOPLE SIGN HE DID GOT CAUGHT FEW TIME THEN START MUMBLING U MUSTT DO IT FRONT OF YOU. READ PAPERS FULL U RATHER PAY MORE MONEY TO OTHER COMPANY AND GET CORRECTED.
