Used this location back in 2022 for my 2021 taxes. It was my first time using their service and I thought it was pretty ok for what it was. But now in 2023 I'm getting a letter and call from the IRS that my taxes were filed wrong and now I owe them borderline 30k. How does something get messed up that much?

I have been attending H&R Block with my wife for about 5 years now . Today I was extremely dissatisfied with their service . We scheduled an appointment for today about 3 weeks ago, to find out someone by the name Victoria Gorman canceled our appointment WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION as per the front desk .My wife left an hour early from work to get here on time . To come to this , unbelievable.
