I called ABP and got exactly what I needed, at a good price, with helpful service, and had it delivered within 48 hours. It was a tricky delivery -- down a narrow side alley -- and one of the owners came himself on the truck and drove the forklift. Thanks!”

“The young lady who works there is very knowledgeable. I had called two different plumbers two times in the past 4 months and paid a total of $450 to unclog my kitchen sink. They did nothing. Just ripped me off and didn't address the issue. Before calling another plumber, I stopped by this store and the lady recommended a liquid to pour in the drain. I've never seen the sink work better in my stay of 10 months in the current apartment. She deserves recommendation.”

“I got two copies of a key. That works with no problems. Thank goodness for REAL hardware stores. You might think this is nothing big but this is to me. I went to a big chain store that made copies of my key that was too big for lock it wouldn't work then I returned them and got two more copies that didn't go into the lock whatsoever. Crazy right. Then I decided to Google hardware store. I called Brite Hardware and spoke with J. he asked me to describe the key. I did so. He said sounds like a regular key I should have no problems copying it. I went to the store for two copies of my key and THEY WORK when I got home. It's extremely important that my key copies work, I need them for my son's to get in my home when I am not there and I am grateful. It pays to go to a place that specialize in everything they do and give you real dependable things that work. Appreciate the professional help and extremely fast service. It took less than 2 minutes to make 2 key copies.”

“Very helpful staff for non-trade people like myself. They have always tried to save me money with items I am buying there suggesting other ways to do things. As for the pricing I find it generally pretty far compared to other hardware stores or the Homeless Despot. They have a much much better selection than HD and there is always a person who actually knows what they are doing unlike HD. I have been going for years here only thing I don't like is the hours they are open during the week and only on Saturday until 2, can't blame them.”
“If you are looking for personable service you will find it at Sugarhill Hardware. No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it.
