Why is it that the delivery guy "JOSE" has a bad habit of trying to deliver my meds at 9:30pm when I have MANY times expressed that I DON'T step out late at night. Last month the lady that answers the phone didn't call me to say Jose was delivering that day and I was sleeping when he called to say he was downstairs so they had to deliver the next day...this time Jose called me in the morning to say he's delivering today n I anxiously waited til 9:33pm...he messed up...AGAIN...WHO THE HELL RUNS THIS PHARMACY????
