Terrible place, especially a girl name Lina, she does not know how to do a pedicure without giving you bacteria and/or fungus, very unsanitary and super painful! I ended up going to a podiatrist after my pedicure! I never had such a bad experience before in my life! The most expensive experience a horrible pedicure plus a doctor’s bill to top it off! This girl should seriously be banned from doing nails/ pedicure!! I’m in so much pain

Walk in for a pedicure. This was the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten. 4 of my toes had cuts that bleed and one of my big toes had two cuts that bleed. Every aspect of the pedicure was done with minimal effort. The cutting - several nails are crooked, the filing - top of toes were also filed causing the skin to now be very red, the polish - there is polish on my skin in several places. To say she half a$$ed it is an under statement. The woman talked on her phone or with the woman sitting next to me the whole time. Just because I look like I don't speak Spanish, don't assume. I understood all of the conversation. Would give zero stars if I was able.

Very disappointed. I did powder nails and it started to crack on the second day and by the 4th all chipped. I called few days after and was informed that warranty is for 72 hours which I was not made aware on the day I got this done. I paid $60 plus with tips and didn’t expect this kind of service. So not going there again.

Been coming here off and on for years but I think the owners just have changed. Woman doing the pedicure was on the phone texting consistently through the pedicure and then she cut me--I've never had this happen before after getting pedicures for decades. She's was obviously very distracted. Not coming back. Businesses should really be instructing staff not to be on phones especially with sharp objects in their hands.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The last two times I’ve come here. I’ve experienced poor service the first time I came with my mom and after waiting longer than an hour they stated they could not do both of our services only one, so I let my mom get her manicure or pedicure & went to wait in the car bc they were too busy for any more clients.This morning I decided to call to check availability and the girl who answered the phone, said that they were not taking appointments today and operating on a first come first serve basis. When I got there, there was only one person waiting ahead of me so the wait time shouldn’t have been that long.. after an hour of waiting, they skipped me and put someone else in the chair. The girl barely apologized, in fact acknowledge that she was wrong, but still continued with the other person’s service who arrived after me.I just got up and left I can not.0/5 starts. DO NOT RECOMMEND do not recommend

When I arrived he told me that it was first come, first served, I was waiting for almost two hours. Someone arrived after me and when it was my turn he passed her in front of me without respecting my turn.It seems like a total lack of respect to me.

I randomly went into this nail salon while walking by and that will be the last time il be in there. Not clean at all, the lady hurt me twice ..and when i was bleeding .. she didnt even say sorry but continued to sing her music .UNBELIEVABLE! The cashier was rude. My nails looked like my 2 year old did them. ADVICE: be nice to your customer, regardless of their ethnicity.!!!!!

I went to the store constantly but the last 4 times I had my nails done with tips and not even a week and they broke at the tips or broke in the middle of my nail! I went and returned to pay more than 100 dollars at home for a literal weekly visit! I stopped going because it didn't work out for me to be paying so much weekly for a job that was hurting me! Don't come back, it's okay to pay a hundred dollars and that, but at least I'll tell you two weeks and the owner needs to be more gentle with the customer, just that!

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I came here urgently with a broken nail and wanted to get my dip manicure taken off hoping to help stabilize my broken nail. But these people were so rough and seemed so inexperienced. They used a drill bit on my nails to take off my original dip manicure and made them completely weak to the point that it’s almost crumbling apart. Not to mention they applied so much pressure on my broken nail. When I told them I had changed my mind and wanted to leave because I was getting late for somewhere I needed to go, they were so rude and not understanding at all and charged me for the damage they caused on my nails. I still paid and gave tip but the person who I paid with, who I assumed is the owner, gave me so much attitude even from the beginning when I walked in the dirty looks she gave was so uncomfortable and the fact that no one even greeted me or answered my questions.. Honestly the worst experience ever. Will not ever come back nor do I recommend this place at all.Services: Polish removal
