Great little local pharmacy with a big selection. There always friendly and helpful. Much better than the chain pharmacies. Prices are reasonable. I want them to stay around forever!

I am disabled and hard of hearing . I was trying to use this pharmacy casue it been easy for me to get what i need. However the customer service and the pharmacy are very rude and disrespectful to the hard hearing they refuse to text and email they insist you know asl and do not accommodate the hard of hearing other pharmacy do this is a violation of the Americans with disabilities act and laws. To add insult to injury the dont have a way to let the hard hearing know when their meds are due or ready or are in need of refills as a result of everything i mention another pharmacy called that i was able to text and work with to get my meds and scripts transferred they were very nasty to the point the person helping me go to the new pharmacy had to contact medicaid and the state due to the fact Franks was being nasty and not doing their job and would not do what was needed it was not untill this happen i was able to get what i needed from a pharmacy that emails and text me and actually follows the laws and dose not discriminate . I will never do business with this place again.

This is a very appealing store. I wish that it was a store where I would feel welcomed. I just can't get past the rude and unwelcoming staff. It is truly sad that they make no effort to be friendly or helpful. The beautiful atmosphere is soured by a sense of hostility. As someone said in another review "I really want to like this store" but it's not happening. Too bad.

There are not enough staff to field calls. Placed on hold on phone for over 5 min each time. Keep getting script wrong from doctor's office. Should have been a 90 day supply with one refill. They issued as 30 day with one refill. WHY??? Also pharmacy tech gave out another person’s meds to me. Didn’t realize until a few days later and had to go back and rectify. I have been a customer since 2007 and am sadly disappointed with recent level of service over the last 3+ months. My prescriptions have all been moved to a different neighborhood pharmacy.

Always call a week ahead to get my prescriptions renewed but for some reason I always end up having to wait when I arrive for them to pack my prescription on the spot. The people are nice but I hope they can fix this issue so I’m not wasting my time.

They are a full-service pharmacy that has served the community for decades at 2 different locations. Taking the time to question when they feel that the Doctor's script may not work well with other drugs you are taking. I moved out of the neighborhood and they diligently fill my needs by mail. Really dedicated staff.

i truly cannot express just how grateful i am for the help that i received from the staff here. i’ve had a stressful past few days trying to get my prescription sorted out under a tight deadline, and frank’s pharmacy was able to work with me and my provider to get my medication filled without disruption.i’ve literally reached out to DOZENS of pharmacies in the area, and none matched the kindness and care of the folks here. the medication i need can be really stigmatized, and it was so refreshing and such a relief to have someone on the other end of the phone/counter treat me with understanding and patience instead of contempt. thank you SO very much!

"I had a fantastic customer service experience at Frank's Pharmacy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to take the time to answer all of my questions. Hi, I am reaching out as I have gotten my medication from franks pharmacy for our 5 years. I am not sure who is in charge anymore but first of all I called to ask about my medication and if it’s available and they told me yes and to pick it up. After picking it up turns out they didn’t give me the medication I called about. I called the second day and they told me they filled my medication and I should pick it up. They gave me a medication bottle that has someone else name on it and it’s not the correct dosages. I went to the store to complain and not once did someone apologize rather they were being very rude after which I no longer wanted to get my meds from here and as for the prescription. The pharmacist was super rude and when I questioned her about my refill she did not want to explain to me and also said that since I already got my refill even though it was the wrong medication. Very disappointed

Every time I go now the women at the pharmacy counter is rude and doesn’t want to help with any questions. My daughter went because they gave her medication with someone else name on it and they never apologized and was also rude to her.

I fully support using local pharmacies for all my prescription needs and Frank's is a wonderful example in Jackson Heights. Sonia is absolutely the best employee and its worth going to Frank's just to have her expert care. Highly recommend Frank's!
