Terrible customer service, the people who serve are super rude, I went to exchange a onesie that I bought for my cousin and it came out with a broken one, and they told me that they couldn't refund my money because it was over 10 days and when I asked kindly to see my receipt To read the policies the saleswomen made a fuss about me.
Bad service and terrible store.

Awful customer serviceAll the workers at the location on 82nd St are extremely rude and don’t pay attention to the customer. I was trying to grab an item from a high shelf and asked one of the ladies with black hair to grab it for me but she looked me up and down and told me to wait. She continued gossiping with her coworker and didn’t help me at all, so I had to grab something else. Today, I went in again to return the dress I got and immediately she raised her eyebrow and said I can return it for you today but the ticket is backwards, try again next time. She is not fit for customer service at all. I wish there was another way to submit a complaint besides a couple reviews. Never coming back.

Cute clothes at a decent price. The quality of the clothes and accessories aren't so great but it's decent for what you pay. The shoes are meh. They have a whole downstairs devoted to it. Their sizes go up to XL for clothing. They have some cute things. Special bling and other fancy things are kept behind the counter. They have staff that walk around and offer to help you find something if you'd like and the girl behind the counter at the register was really kind. Happy shops!

I bought one jacket to gift my mom but i was unsure about size and color that’s why i had asked to the cashier about returning before I paid and she said, we do refund within 10 days. But I thought my mom gonna like it that’s why my friend took it price tag because we didn’t want to show price sticker. However while she did try it didn’t fit on her even we were try to put her buttons on. So next day i went there for exchange or return. But there’s staff said to me there is no manager. Then I went there next day and manager said , we don’t do exchange or return because you put off price tag whereas I didn’t take out other two brand tags even i had price tags with me. Also she said that, ohhh it has different smell that’s why we can’t do exchange. Then I asked her it doesn’t fit on her because her size is XXL and this is just L we don’t need this because this is useless for us so you can keep this I don’t need refund then she responded me very rudely and said you can go out and throw it.Who would like to waste their time for $80. They made me to visit their store 2 times and didn’t solve my problems. Even i had bought so many things from their and i just wanted to exchange that jacket because of smaller size.They have very very poor customer service and unhelpful staffs. They carry very low quality product.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought some clothes and they didn’t fit, came the next day to return and one of the multiple “original” tags was “missing”. It wasn’t there when I bought it either because I didn’t take anything out. They didn’t want do the return they did a change in size and guess what?! The same tag they claimed was missing, was missing in the bigger size. I think they rip it off before putting it in the bag. I don’t recommend this place.

I bought a pair of boots and they were both two different sizes. I realize 2 weeks later and the store didn’t do an exchange or refund.

Horrible customer service, there was not one not two but three women standing around in the register area talking, they aren’t attentive to the customers at all. They dont greet you when you’re going to pay or even look at you, not even say thank you for shopping with us, literally nothing. Never coming here again. Dont waste your time coming to this place, go to junction better stores for women’s clothing.
