I went to this store with my mom and she purchase lot of stuff she also got Colgate Tooth paste which one on orange sale tag with 2.99$ price, but on register it shows 4.99$ ! I told cashier its on sale, she went floor took the tag came back to register and said she cant give me that price coz wrong tag! her name was shereen or sheren looks like Philippine she call a gynese manager they both act very rude no politeness with customer. their behavior was not friendly at all, and cashier was continuously arguing with us!! very disappointment

Customer service buttons are not functioning or broken in multiple sections/aisles. You have to track down or chase down a worker, which can take time. Say you finally get one item you finally wanted and you need another in another aisle. You go there and the same story repeats and you have to spend time tracking down a worker. It's incredibly annoying and time consuming. I understand that they need these safety systems to prevent death, but upper management needs to do better in replacing broken customer Service buttons or complain to corporate that these buttons have short lifespans and breakdown too easily.

Old stupid lady in Hejaz was full of attitude in pharmacy department for medicine pickup. She ask me to wait for 10min but after being more than 35 min when I went to ask how much longer I have to wait. She replied in very rude way we have so many work to do before you. She need to value customer’s time. I won’t mind waiting but there has to a way to talk with customer. ?

thier managements system is very poor, all of the customers assistant button are not working at all and they don't come on time when we needs. atleast you have to wait 5 min for their agents.

They're customer service is terrible. This is a direct failure of this location's management. They don't up hold and/or even enforce any level of standards. But they don't care. The incompetence in the store is staggering but they're only saving grace is that the store is usually stocked with all the essentials. I believe there is no chance for a turnover as everyone at this location is fully committed to their ways -- from the cashiers up to the managers. Everyone. *All the reviews speak for themselves.*

Marlene working at the pharmacy is AMAZING! She listens your problems and helps you for any issue with orders and insurance. They keep you informed what happened to your order and how far they are working on it.You can not find any better customer services like this. This is the best! Kudos to Marlene your team! You help me and many people alive and healthy. You may not feel how important you are in your daily work, but you ARE the angels to many people who need helps! Thank you very much for the great works and services you provide.

Ordered online and went in to pickup. Had to wait on a long line. If you bring your own bag they need to credit the bag fee unfortunately the cashier says that’s not possible. She was very rude, incompetent and disrespectful!

Very bad customer relationships.Had to wait for 15 minutes. Didn't respect and respond.Lady Manager of the day and the lady staff eagerly to refuse to accept the FEDEX package of 14" x 12" x 36".Happened on 2022 Thanksgiving day.

book an appointment online for vaccination and still end up waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes. The Asian pharmacist Lam told me to wait in the line alone with other customers with prescription need which I end up spending half hour just to realize the window next to it is for vaccination. Horrible place, should've go to the one in Nothern Blvd.
