Doesn’t not deserve not a single star !!! Cashier acting all crazy over an old bill thinking it was fake trying to call the police while having people actually stealing stuff and every single one working there acting like blinds heads

My first experience at this Duane Reade has been memorable. The store was well kept and stocked. What really left me with fulfillment was my interaction with their pharmacist, Karissa Boodhoo. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was on top with her customer service. I will definitely be back at this location!

The Cashier is a short Spanish lady with a Colombia accent blue shirt no name tag,who seems to have serious customer service issues, She looks visibly upset and appears doesn't want to be there, had an attitude problem, this store was a mess, there where other employees helpfully but these one in particular wasn't very... read full comment
