Thought I would love going here, but everything is overpriced and on several different occasions I have found mold on items that are still put out for sale.

The tag on the granola bars shelf clearly said "2 for $8". I picked up 2 boxes, made sure it was the correct brand, but when I get home and look at my receipt I see I was charged the full price which came up to $18. Please, start taking down your discount tags if they are no longer valid.

I paid $28.99 for Wedderspoom Manuka Honey 8.8 oz (250 g) which was worth $33.99. I was greatly surprised when I discovered that the same 8.8 oz item is not even worth $20 ???.

I recently visited Downtown Natural Market and was impressed by its cleanliness and wide selection of products. They always have promotion for customers. The staff was friendly, and I had a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

This review is long over due. It’s not the first time I have issues with other customers not understanding there’s only one line to check out. Today, a woman skipped me. First off, she should of asked if I was in line as a courtesy. Logically if there’s more than one line, I’d choose the shorter line, but she thought she was so smart, so she went to the shorter line. I explained there’s only one line, she clearly became easily agitated. She asked the new cashier, who I never seen if there was one line or two, she response two, so of course she was in the right and I in the wrong. I asked another cashier if that was the case, she told me there’s only one line, so now I’m agitated and neither one apologizes and looks at me like I’m the crazy one, because there’s no clear direction. Not to mention that nasty attitude many of the workers have. I’m not likely to patronize this place, which is a shame, because we need more organic markets in the neighborhood. Perhaps they need competition.

Anyone who cares about their health should take note. There was no Whole Foods Market near my house, so I had it delivered, but I was glad that there was an Organic Market in Jackson Heights. Organic foods and various vitamins are recommended if you live near Jackson Heights. The prices are higher than regular supermarkets.

Has the best selection of organic food in the area and is usually kept organized.My only issue is one of the cashiers, Rosa, never bags the groceries. After ringing up all of the items she will just stand there and do nothing while I bag the groceries myself.All of the other cashiers are very polite and bag the groceries with no issue.If this issue is taken care of I'd be happy to up my review to 5 stars.

Just had a bad customer service experience. Arrived at 7:48 pm and their main door was closed so I went to the exit door that was manned by an employee. I asked if I can come in and was told no that they were closed with 12 minutes left not bothering to even ask what it was i wanted . I always go to them for my mom's vitamins but these are the experiences that make you want to order it online .

I keep coming back here to get certain organic items that I need .I am also very pleased that I have always been treated very respectfully by the staff here . This evening I was helped by three friendly, efficient and patient employees. Their names are Thakar, Besty and Kiran.. They are awesome !
