This is A GREAT Drop Off Center!In some cases, I needed to send back items to:LLBean or Amazon.Since they provide a UPS or FedEx label for the return, I bring the item to this store, so that UPS or FedEx can pick it up! There are NO pick ups on Sunday!It's always a good idea, to call ahead to see if they are open!They come in the subway, & there might be delays because of they are using public transportation. We should keep that in mind!There's NO parking in this area, so please be aware of this!Sometimes, they are a bit late getting to the store, & you might have to wait outside on the sidewalk!I have used 3 drop off stores over the years, & this one is by far the: BEST!From the moment that you hand them the item, they immediately scan the label!SO: Your item is IN the system instantly! This is something, that we should always make sure off! It's in our own best interest!The people that work in this store, seem to be from Nepal, & they have always treated me, respectfully! This is of great importance to me!All items that I have left at this drop off store for pick up, made it to the return centers: PRONTO!Reliable, Professional & Respectful!NYC at its best!"Immigrants Get Things Done!"

This business is on the wrong side of history. Allowed customer with unleashed dog that was sniffing people near the entrance to be inside. Upon a complaint, the staff were indifferent. Enough people have been harassed, injured, threatened, or killed by dogs and blamed for not submitting to the attack or "provoking" the attack. I will never be a customer of this business. Coincidentally, it is an NY law/mandate that all dogs in public or common areas be leashed - not that that's enough.

The people here are truly amazing. I ran into an issue with the packing provided last time and had a package rerouted back to me. They helped me with the issue patiently and did it free of charge--customer service is top notch here.

Their store is located in the triangle area between Roosevelt Ave, Broadway and 72nd ST. The location on Yelp map (on 76th ST) is wrong. I've come here several times and always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are great if you order in bulk. I'll be back.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was referred to this place by FedEx customer service to pack and ship my Apple 27" monitor. I arrived and I was told they didn't have enough air packing air pillows to safely ship my monitor and to come back next week. Next week arrives, I'm told the same thing again and to go to home depo and purchase the air pillows myself and they will do the rest for me. Fine, I go to home depo as instructed - they don't have packing pillows, they don't even carry them according to home depo, so I end up spending $20+ getting bubble wrap and corner protectors to ship this. I come back again with my supplies and I'm told they don't actually package anything, only ship, so I need to pack it myself...so we start wrapping everything up, after some back and forth a guy did end up helping us wrap it up, which was nice. But once we wrapped everything I was informed they don't have a box to ship it either. So we basically did all of this for nothing, back and forth with them. Ended up having to go 30 mins to an actual FedEx location to package and ship the item.
