My friend bought a Vanilla gift Visa card for $150 on December 2023 on this store. The card has 4 digits missed. It has only 12 digits which makes it invalid. Iwent to the store and a CVS employee told me they couldn't do anything about it tha I have to call the gift card company and I did. I have been dealing with this company for almost 4 month with no response to this matter. But the worst thing is that I found out that VANILLA VISA GIFT CARD has several lawsuits even from Visa. It is a complete scam and CVS is aware of this situation and still selling the cards. Do not buy any gift card at any CVS . Shame on you CVS letting this company to do fraudulent business through you and scam your clients. Thos gift card company has several complaints on BBB and lawsuits. Again don't buy gifts cards at any CVS specialty VANILLA GIFT VISA CARD.

Cashier was very helpful. I had purchased 2 for 1 but there wasn’t a second bottle. So she charged me 1/2 off. Thank you.

Sometimes the pharmacy is efficient, other times lackadaisical. The app, the automated reminders for scripts, and the store itself all have different sets of info. You constantly have to remind them of what’s going on and ask for updates in person.
