They shut down half of their self pay registers, unnecessarily creating a wait. They treat their customers like criminals, most of their coolers are kept locked requiring an employee to unlock it which can take five minutes or more.
They are horrible at maintaining stock, 2% milk is regularly out of stock, while regularly they have dozens of gallons of whole milk.

A Pharmacy Lady WHO SPEAKS SPANISH DOES NOT LIKE SERVING PEOPLE WHO SPEAK SPANISH HER ATTENTION WAS VERY RUDE SHE DID NOT ANSWER ME AND LOOKED BADLY AT ME WHEN I COULD NOT CLAIM MY MEDICATION WHICH WELL THE MANAGERS WILL PAY MORE ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was just there now 8:00pm 4/3/24, one of my products wouldn’t scan at the self check out. I call for help and this about 6 foot tall black ghetto lady that must be new there comes and pushes me and my daughter out of the way like a gorila !!! Then she’s talking with an attitude to us like if we were doing something wrong. In the end she couldn’t help us and we had to go to the cashier. I’m a regular here and I’m very disappointed in this CVS!!!

I went on Friday, March 1 at 1 am to buy a toothbrush and some flu medicine and the security intercepted me in the most aggressive way, throwing things out of my hands, telling me that I had to leave because????? I don't know...he was very aggressive, using abrasive and discriminatory vocabulary because i am Latino. I think they should stop if they are not going to allow shopping at that time…. And the worst I am a costumer who lives two blocks away.

Cvs is beyond horrible. Every single thing to from make up, shampoo, baby wipes and even orange juice are all locked up. The staff Is beyond horrible. The rent a cop security company keeps changing all the time. They don't catch the thieves. Today the rent a cop on duty was all up in his phone. Great job. I used to love coming here when it first opened now I'll walk to rite aid. It's a shame and embarrassment to even shop ag this cvs.

The worst customer service. Today, saturday march 9, I went shopping at this CVS located on northem boulevard and 89st. In Jackson heights.
Even though I called repeatedly to have the shelf opened, no one ever showed up. So I walked to the cashier and there ,they told me that they did not have staff available. After a while, a man with very bad manners and a very bad mood appeared and told me that they had not hired him to open the shelves. If I didn't like the way of it, I could go shopping somewhere else. All this while I still didn't even open my mouth to complain. Finally I told him that this was no way to try the customers and that if the employees did not open the shelves, we customers had no way of getting the products. That he was rude and bad-tempered.
There, this poor individual ran out of what little composure he had left and began to speak badly of his employers and clients. a disaster.
In conclusion, I would think a thousand times before buying there again.
