I recently walked in and greeted the guy behind the counter (who ignored me as I walked in) with a "good afternoon" and he still didn't acknowledge me. He snatched the bottle from my hand when I was ready to be rung up, and gave it to me without a word. When I said "thank you," he also ignored me. Jackson Heights deserves better than what these clowns are offering. Will be buying elsewhere.

I have been to this Liquor store a few times. No choice I live a block away. When you call to ask for specific wine or liquor. There is a Mexican worker extremely rude, hangs up the phone to be on his cellular speaking in Spanish about his personal life. Has no time to answer any questions just points so you can look for it yourself. This person has no customer service knowledge very rude and can’t even speak a full sentence in English or Spanish.
