Why don’t they have any security by the atms especially when bank is closed. Had an extremely scary experience and scammed $1000

I make an appointment 1 week ago at 11.30am.I got there at 11.20am,waited till 12.30pm no response at all.I will never go that branch.Very disappointed,frustrated and not well managed.
