Had an urgent issue that can only be resolved at this location. Called 8+ times. No answer. Called private client services, and got their direct number. Called that direct number few more times. No answer, and the phone didn't even ring sometimes, so I'm sure they hung up on me immediately. Emailed bank manager a few times too. It's like nobody actually works here.

There was an older Spanish lady with glasses who gave me the most nastiest attitude when I first started speaking to her. Made up lies about how I wasn’t able to take out my money from my own business account, complete discrimination. It’s really sad how people who work at chase treat their customers. Stayed about 15 min just to take money out of my account. Gave me issues the whole time, she had my id and everything and still discriminated me.

Door is often broken and you can't open it to withdraw cash. Had to do do withdrawal on BOFA and get charged $4 t0 get money
