I was assisted by a very bad customer representative, a certain “Emilia”, with terrible attention. He left me waiting for over an hour and never helped me. With suspicious transactions on my account.

Door is often broken and you can't open it to withdraw cash. Had to do do withdrawal on BOFA and get charged $4 t0 get money
