The worst customer service ever, I wanted to change a gift that was wrong size, the gift was $45 I wanted exchange for a pj and expecting to get something else I ended up paying more I asked why ? if the pj are only$15 and she respond with an attitude that had no recipe and it was a gift (never thought that because it’s a gift the price is reduced) and when I said to give me the gift back that I will pay the pj separately, she refused to give it back, just because it was already exchanged, (what’s a lazy) and that’s not what I’m mad about it. I’m mad because she is so rude and she is called “manger”. It’s a great store to have just a horrible manager, that don’t even try to help their customers.

The service is very bad, I don't know if they don't have staff because only one cashier is charging 1 hour to pay, I don't recommend them.

Horrible customer service. The cash counter girls with a terrible attitude. I went to pick up something I ordered and they said they need to see proof but the email I got for pick up said just show bar code. Wasted so much time even after the pick up counter was empty. The worst of all is their attitude. Change the girl in there.

Carter's is my go-to store for baby clothes. They have an amazing selection of adorable and high-quality clothing for infants and toddlers. The designs are cute, trendy, and made with soft and comfortable fabrics that are perfect for delicate baby skin.

I love the store that has a variety of clothes. The store is well organized and clean. I want to say thank you to the employee who I didn't get her name who helped me out looking for a specific size I couldn't find. But for a guy name Von please keep your comments to yourself, not sure if he is a regular employee or a manager from the store. I have worked in retail myself and know that we have alot to say but please don't say it out loud. If people want to have kids let them and don't say some people don't deserve to have children. If it bothers you that much please look for a different job that don't consider you seeing other parents with children. I hope carters you see this and speak to all your employees.

When everyone in your network (#1) is having babies, it means having to get gifts, clothes, and all of the above. When there isn't a Baby Gap or Buy Buy Baby in striking distance, it's stores like Carter's that can save the day. Half of a block down from the 82nd St subway stop, this location is smack dab in the middle of the most gentrified part of Jackson Heights. Given all the strollers around the neighborhood as of late, Carter's is destined for lots of business. The weekends can be a zoo at times and it can be a tight squeeze in here with the stroller action. I've found a number of fun outfits for kiddie birthday gifts and baby showers galore. It's never too pricey here, which likely coincides with their sales. The staff is fairly friendly but can be a little pushy at times. The majority of the folks working here are bilingual (#2) and they get the line moving even when the place is busy. To all the fellas coming in here and looking for a place to sit out of boredom: you're out of luck. _______________ (#1) Even the ones who said they're not having kids. (#2) Typically Spanish + English.

Rude receptionist. I had to exchange my baby clothes which was small for her. The receptionist said the clothes are wet (it was not wet!!) and refused to exchange. I tried on my baby once, since clothes were small I kept it back in carters bag in the closet. I paid for it for nothing. Very disappointed with the service and rudeness that receptionist showed me. Will never go to that store ever again.

only 3 stars because the clothes are amazing but the service at this store on 82 no I won't come back hereexcellent clothes for my baby, very good quality, but I will not return to this store on 82, the service of the staff is terrible, they were very rude and with attitude when we looked for the clothes, I prefer to buy online because I love Carters or in another store in NY

Curbside service is limited if you have de app, so that I had to come in to the store to get my order. That is not nice I called at phone store and I refused to download the Carter's app

This place is not opening at 11am as it says on their door and website. This happened yesterday Wednesday October 20, 2021. They opened at 12pm. And today, Thursday October 21, 2021, they had a written sign informing they will open at 12pm, but once it was 12, they placed a new sign, saying they will open at 1pm. It's a waste of time to wait. I suggest giving them a call before coming. And theres no information if this is temporary. But this happened 2 times in a row.

Two days in a row and store never open even after 1pm. Terrible customer service, Management has no clue what to say or what to do. Store is a mess clothes on the floor always and step on.

For about a year I have been buying clothes and boots for my son in Carter's. I am a regular customer because I am very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. You can find colorful,fashionable, impeccably tailored clothes there. The product does not change the quality after washing, which is very important for everyone. Discounts and promotions motivate you to come and shop more stylish items at your favorite Carter's store. P.S. online delivery is very fast.

I made an order for curbside pickup , when i got the email to pick up the order i went there and the staff were too lazy to come outside to bring the order to my car , dont waste your time ordering curbside pick up , i wasted 30 min outside waiting for them to bring my order to my car ?
