This store looks very nice their products are nice. from my new experience their customer service is very bad. One of their employee her Name is “Isha” she is very rude . They should change the employee and focus on their customers service I saw lots of people get out from the store because of their rude behavior. Her rudeness over me to choose other store and I spent $5000 on other store. Please owner be focus on your employees.they are very stupid.

When we enter the Alan kar jewelry store, we are approached by a nice salesperson. But then this other woman takes over and has the most nastiest attitude. She is so disrespectful that we are talking with one lady, and she just butts in. Never going there for this old, rude lady again.

Even one star is too much. Very rude sellers, will never shop and come back here.... don't go there , the prices are very high, and selles are very greedy and angry, nasty . FIRST learn how to comunicate to customers, you will never ever get our money, you are in NY not in dehli or mumbai.....???????

Worst set of customer service from an older woman!!!! My mom and I were looking for wedding jewelry and she asked a nice younger girl how much to pierce her ears long story short we didn’t do it because the price was too expensive there. We looked around and this rude woman started to yell in the wonderful lady who is helping us, we’re Guyanese but we speak Hindi and they was just disgusting. Don’t buy or support them there are other cheaper, better customers service and friendly people in Jackson heights

This is a Really Bad Store to Shop for Gold Jewelry . They have Absolutely the Worst Customer Service . They Do Not Care about their Customers and are Extremely Rude Staff.One lady who works in this Store told us that She already figured out that we weren't going to be buy anything, because we were asking her questions about the Jewelry and so she walked away from us while we were Still in the store looking around at the Jewelry ...it was Shockingly Rude ‼We didn't know what else to do except leave the store because She had Already walked away from us and left us Standing there ‼

Horrible place!!!! The lady was super rude and lazy to help. I was sitting there for a good 10 minutes and no one was asking me if I needed help until I asked this lazy lady. She looked at me with this annoyed face. Never going there again. This is the first and the last for me. Poor service.
