This location has drastically gone down hill just as the City of Ithaca has. Garbage in the parking lot says it all! I wondered why it was dead everytime I go there.

Courteous and friendly and many varieties of things and you got to watch out for all the shopping pickers that's doing the online picking be in the aisles as well as customers so it's very busy. Got to know what you want and where it's at

The store is consistently understocked with many products or if stock. I understand for a while there were shipping and supply issues but every other store in town is now, for the most part, over that.With that being said, this store appears to only stock their store brand bread once a week. I've been in repeatedly on various days and their bread shelf looks like this.It's much less frustrating driving a half hour in any direction to shop at an out-of-town Walmart, they seem to be appropriately stocked
