I completely understand it's not the employees' problem if the store is understaffed but that is absolutely not an excuse to be so rude to customers. I couldn't get through on the phone after being on hold so I just went to the store. I didn't want to go inside the store because I'm high risk for covid but they have a written sign on the drive thru saying come inside. The pharmacist couldn't find my prescription that the other pharmacy verified had been transferred. When I said I tried to call and check on it he said "do you realize there's only two of us working here??" And "there are four people in line behind you" like either of those things is my problem. I'm sorry but that doesn't preclude you from helping someone get their medication.

Got a COVID NAAT test here for travel. Was quick and easy. Booked online and took the test while in my car. Results were back within a couple hours.

Closest place to get your flu shot as well as prescriptions and other medicines. They even have a grocery isle. Very reliable place mainly to stop by before the work day starts or after it ends.

Constantly packed. Never have enough people working to have things flow smoothly. Every time I need to pick up a prescription it's a 30+ minute wait. Don't waste your time coming here.

Good service. Drive through. Is convenient. They checked my blood pressure. They give shots. Their grocery selection is somewhat limited, but if you want groceries, go to a grocery store!

Do not have your Fed Ex packages sent to this location!! I had a horrible experience. Several days before my package was due to be delivered here I called to ask what time Fed Ex delivered and was told around 2pm. I checked the tracking and the package was delivered at 1:44pm on a Friday. I went in Saturday to pick it up. The girl who waited on me said she couldn't find the package. She went to the Manager on duty and told her my package was missing. The tracking info said the package was signed for by P. Walker. The Manager said there was no one who worked there by that name. This was something I ordered from Etsy and it took 6 months for the order to be filled so I was extremely eager to finally get it. I started to hyperventilate and was offered a seat and water. Right behind the counter where the Fed Ex cabinet was located sat 2 packages on the floor. Both the girl who waited on me and the Manager passed them at least 3 times and never bothered to see if they were the missing package. I asked the girl to check them and she said no they were not my package. I asked her to check the first package again as it was just the right shape. Oh yes it IS your package. No apologies for having missed this or kudos to me for pointing out the packages. The manager did not say a single word!! I called to report the incident to the District Office in Syracuse and the District Manager called me back and said an inside investigation would be done. He did not even ask me for the tracking number. I asked him if he would call me back with the results of the investigation and he said "no." He did tell me that the actual store manager had been off for 5 days and this incident occurred in her absence. Do I trust the employees at this Walgreens with my Fed Ex packages - especially since the package was signed for with a false name - not on your life!!
