I travelled 30 miles out Of my way to go to this location ! My phone batt was completely dead And not charging so I had no service to call ahead! when I arrived on a weekday afternoon 3 pm ish to an almost empty store ; 2 customers being helped on the floor and 2 managers standing behind the desk Who greeted me half heartedly And told me I'd have to wait a few minutes before they could help me; Then one walked away into back room While the manager greeted me ; " HELLO Sunshine"! Took my basic info and told me soneone will be with me shortly ! I proceeds to wait 15 minutes while no Other customers arrived ; 2-3 employees showed up and went into the back room and then one Additional employee came out on the floor And stood with the other staff already helping a customer! So there appeared to be at least 5-6 employees at the location 2 on the floor and 4-5 in the back room and I sat waiting for 15-20 minutes never receiving any help ! I finally left and have gone 4-5 days without a working phone! ARGH Hopefully the next Verizon store I walk into will Never be that poorly tended! Very disappointed and frustrating !

The reps at this store are genuinely sexist people who will gaslight you about your purchases and ask if you need your boyfriend to explain things to you.

Scam artists. They lie about prices, upcharge you for things unknowingly and when you bring it up they gaslight you.Save your money and go to ANY OTHER VERIZON LOCATION

I got my mother an iPhone 13 Pro for no cost and put her on a plan under my account. She wanted to pay me for it because someone told her how much the phone cost. After 2 about two months I had finally made her understand that it was a free phone.Then the phone then gets stolen out of her car ? and it is unable to be located because that function wasn’t turned on. She went to the store because she felt so bad about it and wanted to see if she could get any help.The representative told her the location feature wasn’t turned on so it couldn’t be tracked, but also told that there was no insurance on the phone and that $600 was still owed on the phone. If this individual knew what they were looking at on the bill they would have seen the monthly payment amount for the phone also had a credit for the same amount back to the account. Thank you to this person for creating another issue and making her feel bad that the phone got stolen.I sent her the bill showing the debit and credit amount were the same and she now believes me that the phone was free.

Charged me Florida taxes for years and when I caught it, they made it my fault for not seeing it earlier and refused to refund the difference ($200+) licensed criminals ‼️ Any company should be better then Verizon. They suck. Time to shop for another phone company

Kareem was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Wait time was only a few minutes upgrades took no time at all and Kareem knew all the products and what was best for each member of the family as well as current deals that were able to save us money. A usually stressful and expensive experience was quick and easy. Great job Ithaca Verizon and thanks again Kareem!!

I am very disappointed in verizon customer services. I've been their customer for over 20 years. The only reason now is their coverage. The sales department has slowly deteriorated to just sales. When they had service technicians that you could see, it seemed most problems were taken care of in store and the business from a customer was appreciated. Now it's sales, sales and more sales. The phone insurance and network security was added to my bill without my approval. I wasn't offered to pay my phone off outright. When I contacted the online service I was told you can only pay the phone off in the store after 30 days from purchase. When I went in to the store to give thier "free" no obligation internet box back , I was told in no uncertain terms " Don't talk to the online service and then bring it in here." " That makes it way to hard for us to complete the return." So many negative things happened at that last visit just to buy a new phone, from them, no less. If coverage becomes better on other carriers, I will test business with them.

My brand new cell phone failed to activate. With the failure service on my old phone and watch was also disconnected. This store referred me to another non Verizon store that would charge me $40 to fix the issue as they couldn't resolve it (this must be some sort of local scam). Then they blamed Best Buy and Apple, told me to erase my phone, etc. I gave up and walked out and found Verizon employees that actually attempted to solve the issue rather than play a blame game.

Limited store hours. Not knowing store hours I came in at 4PM, credit card out ready to spend a thousand dollars on a new iPhone — staff response was that they were closing and couldn’t help me. I asked if I could just get a phone quick and get out of their hair, the answer was “no”. I was sort of taken aback. I think my cell phone cost would have been enough to pay the store’s labor for another 20 minutes. I had to drive twenty minutes up the hill to Best Buy instead.There was another customer who walked in right behind me wanting to purchase services. He was a rude man and didn’t have a polite response to the staff like I did. But I sort of understood his frustration. You have paying customers walking in the door ready to support the business, and we’re getting turned away. I think this should be referred to a district manager for consideration. The labor shortage and downhill slide of the retail market isn’t made better buy shuttering the doors and reducing hours to those that make it impossible for working folks to shop. This is why we order online.
