I would've given ZERO stars if it was possible but unfortunately I had to settle for 1 star. This place has the worst staff ever. We were treated like thieves and were followed around for an hour. Unbeilvebale and disrespectful!!!!!!!!

The customer service is spot on and they have amazing clothes. The thing I would say about Urban Outfitters is that it was somewhat expensive. Oh they have a great selection of printed T-shirts some funny , some serious , all in all a very respectable clothing store.

Went on a lil shopping trip the end of summer and stopped in and spent a decent amount of money in the shop just to come home and find so much damage done to the clothes all three things I purchased had damaged jeans had a small hole down the seam, on both the dresses there are broken straps hanging together by literally just a thread did have the time to go back out to Ithaca and because of my sowing history was more then capable of making the proper adjustments needed to fix these problems but honestly I don’t think a customer should have to when it comes to $80 sum jeans and dresses fix the prices or fix the problems and I can honestly say it was most likely done by a employee as me and my cousin sat and watched most of them looking through the racks chit chatting about what they want from the store and what was cute probably won’t be shopping from this brand all together because of this experience

Although the clothes are nice here the utter lack of customer service was disappointing. The girls that worked there were just chatting behind the counter and completely ignoring customers.

Went to urban looking for trendy clothes with my siblings, immediately the red haired female employee was following us around like criminals. I was truly shocked and appalled that her shirt was only being held up by 2 buttons. I had to shield my brothers eyes! She kept making snarky comments towards us as well. Definitely not a place to go if you don’t like feeling uncomfortable or incriminated for shopping.

Owner stated we can’t try on a rain jacket unless we had the “intent” to buy. Well .. why else would be trying it on? Not friendly at all. Then we went to a wine store and had great service. First time in Ithaca and this owner does not do the town justice. Close the shop if you don’t want people to shop.
