I always used to go to this location for Amazon returns. Generally the lady would help me out, I have no complaints about her but the man had charged me $$ for a box for an item that was not sealed. I had “no box needed return QR code provided by Amazon yet I had to pay for a box. It was end of the day and I was too tired to argue over a few dollars but clearly I will be doing my mailing at another location from now on. This man is just trying to rip people off! Shame.

Terrible experience. I had purchased labels through my own UPS account at a reasonable rate, but the owner refused to ship my boxes unless I canceled and repurchased the UPS labels through him. Since he is not supposed to do this as a UPS store, his excuse was that he had no physical space to store our boxes in his shop, but --paradoxically--that space could appear if we repurchased through him. Save yourself the money, hassle, gaslight, and disrespect by taking your business to Uncle Marty's next door––or anywhere else but here at least.

Very disappointing service. More expensive than other UPS stores and refused to ship my items during graduation with a prepaid label. Instead, they forced me to pay their more expensive rates and insurance (almost 10% mark-up).
They also asked me for box dimensions and weight, which I provided. They then went ahead to check what I told them by measuring and weighing it themselves. They informed me that the box was actually *1 inch and 2 lb* over the measurement I gave them and “apologised” that they had to charge me more.
Overall gives off the feeling that they wanted to maximise the money they made off me. Avoid if you can!

Nice folks but I can't recommend this place in good conscience because on passport photos, they took 20 sec to take a photo (right between busy lines of people) and then charged $20 for an unusable photo. They didn't let me see the picture which they took on a smartphone that has worse camera specs than mine. The photo turned out horrible: grainy and shadowy. It looked more like a mugshot than a passport photo. Asked if I could redo it since they didn't let me see the pic, but they insisted on charging 20 again. So now I have to re-do it myself, making it a waste of time and money.They tend to upsell too. I realized later at a different branch; they only offered and told about the priciest options for envelopes and materials when sending out documents and made it sound like the only option.
