Drop-off Hours are limited and can be difficult to make the times. Otherwise, the staff has alway been very helpful and make the stop go smoothly.

My evening delivery driver is excellent. But my morning driver is to lazy to deliver to the right address. 5/8/2024 he delivered a package 2 doors up from mine. This is an ongoing occurrence Because he's to lazy to drive to the right address.

Easy to drop off packages with regular barcode (no QR codes yet) which saves me a trip into Cornell which I appreciate!
