I called him for a tow, but he was such a good mechanic that immediately when I described my problem to him he immediately knew what I needed, and what to do. My car would not shift into any other gear except neutral, wouldn’t park, and wouldn’t start. When we were done, he drove it himself to the place that could hook me up with the repair and part I needed. This was all done after he called every auto parts store in Ithaca for a customer he just met. We need more good people in this world and people like Zach let me know that we do have some.
