“The screws that keep my rear license plate attached were incorrectly installed, and have rusted so badly they couldn't be removed at two auto shops in a row. Less than an hour before store closing, without a way to attach my new plate, I called Goodyear. Justin answered, gave me a few different ideas over the phone that no one else had though of, and then actually just told me to drive over to their location. He met me outside, explained how he could temporarily attach the plate, asked for my express permission, and had the plate attached within a minute! I'm so grateful for his kindness and help resolving such a stressful situation.”
