The Cellar d'Or Wine, Cider & Spirits is a wonderful little business and probably the best wine store in Ithaca. It is a great place focused on small producers, offering a good choice of not conventional wine, from natural and biodynamic to local options, alongside small batch spirits and small production hard ciders from around the world. The store provides a large selection of under $20 wines, special wine deals, and case discounts. The exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff offer amazing personal service. They learn your palate, provide great recommendations, and help you branch out into similar styles with way higher quality. They cater to what flavors you are craving and will help if you get lost, pointing out favorites and what makes them stand out. The experience is always pleasant, with great music adding to the vibe. They also offer a range of monthly wine and cider clubs.

Wine is not my beverage of choice, but this place is worth going to for their cider and whisky selection. Great folks!
