I walked into a tmobil store and asked the salesman “ do you have a free phone if I use your service”? He twice stated yes so i signed up. 2 years and 4 months later I find out I was paying 10$ a month for a phone I was told was free. CROOKS!!! Did I get my money back you ask…..hell no!Read the fine print. Shysters

My experience with t mobile has been a mess. The workers were nice enough but t mobile as a company is terrible. I wanted to switch from Verizon to t mobile. Their site says they service my area with 5G. I went through the long process of switching, then got a phone through a promotion. Well of course that evening when we got home, there was NO service at our house. I cancelled service within 2 hours. The promotional phone was shipped and I had to return it. I went to the store and they gave me the run around of having to call customer service, and customer service told me to go to the store, and so on. The store finally returned the phone and then a month later they tried to charge me almost $1000 for the phone and service! I had to call customer service to make them stop and they almost tried to tell me that I had to pay, which of course I said absolutely not.For anyone thinking of switching to t mobile, DON'T DO IT. They are a second rate company that costs as much as Verizon. Any money you save with them will be made up for in the countless hours you spend trying to get your service to work.

Caleb is super amazing and helpful. I was in a complicated situation and had to speak to like five different Tmobile teams over the phone. Caleb patiently helped me through the entire process. Would 100% recommend this store.

I had a job interview set up . The manager texted me 30 minutes before my interview saying they hired someone but he said he’s gonna make a decision after he interviews everyone . Anyway the management and the team there are a joke choose cricket or Verizon if you want the best service. They make so many mistakes, they’re service is terrible especially if you aren’t around town. Very rude people and they have absolutely no idea what they are doing . If you get a phone there expect to wait 2-3 hours to be activated and what not.They only care about the sale and the commission not the customers . Thank you for reading !

Let me start by saying I USED TO absolutely LOVE this place, the people were always knowledgeable and friendly, however I'm not sure what changed but this is not acceptable, the customer service is HORRENDOUS, the manager has NO IDEA what he's doing, they couldn't execute on a promotion they promised and I tell all my friends to stay clear away from here

This T-Mobile store has the best people working in it. I've never had a bad interaction there (and I've been in and out at least 5 times in the last couple of weeks as I switched providers). Trey, Roy, Nicole, and another young man whose name I'm forgetting are just awesome people with a great vibe. The whole team is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After being an AT&T customer for years, it's like escaping an abusive relationship and realizing that not everyone working for a major phone/cell service company is going to suck. So grateful to this team for the great service and the kind attitude. Highly recommend this store.

Roy and Trey helped troubleshoot an exchange of devices and forgotten password, and stayed beyond close to help find a solution. Both were very patient and professional. Excellent service!
