This literally the most evil corrupt company I’ve ever worked with. And that’s coming from an an employee that quit because I was sick of being yelled at by people for this company predatory policies. There are some very nice people in the stores. It’s the company that screws everyone over not the store level employees. Even as an employee they randomly add things to your bill and charge you more. My first bill when I left the company went from $50 before I joined them. Then fee during then $300 when I quit. They even randomly which the name on my account without approval.

We walked in and had the pleasure of dealing with Benjamin, he was very professional and answered all of our questions perfectly! I will make the 40min drive to come to the ithaca store, stay clear from cortland location, that lady was very unpleasant!!! If you want the best ustomer service go to ithaca store and ask for Benjamin!!

Have had spectrum for 8 years with my SO. Ever time I try to change any thing they make me have to contact my SO to be added as user. Ever time. today I'm just going to change who the account holder is long time coming but I spend so much time trying to deal with it.

Went to pick up equipment and got home but we were missing a Ethernet cable. We were not told about this until we found out it was missing. Then we went back and the sales associate said he told us that we had to purchase it ourselves which doesn’t make sense in the first place because it should’ve been something provided with the equipment that we are already charged for. He also said he told us the first time we went there but mind you there were 3 of us and none of us heard it or recalled him mentioning anything about a Ethernet cable. Very inconvenient situation.Update: closest Walmart is out of Ethernet cables so there was no point in getting the equipment or going to spectrum because nothing will work anyways. Had to get a cable from stables and the only one they had was 22.99

This store is awful. Spectrum sent me a new modem and router because my old ones were not working. The tech on the phone told me to just drop the old ones off at a Spectrum store or UPS. I went to this store (where a lot of frustrated costumers were waiting) and the clerk there told me that I couldn't just drop equipment off; I needed to sign up and wait for at least a half hour. I said 'wait a half hour just to drop equipment off?" he nodded and, as I walked out of the store, he yelled that it's "the way it works and I shouldn't cop an attitude about it." Well I have an attitude about it - this is awful customer service!

I just had a wonderful experience with one of their employees. I wish I got his name because he was positive, friendly to every customer, and you could tell he enjoyed his job. I recommend!

Fine store but went to pick up equipment and they’re all out. Middle of the day on a Monday. Not sure how inventory management let that happen.

I will not be using Spectrum again. Unfortunately there is no other option where I live. They sent my equipment to an abandoned building near where I live. Could not change my address in their system to the correct one. They had me pick up new equipment at the store. I was only given a router, which means I still have no internet. Now I have to have a technician come out to correct everything. This is the worst internet provider I’ve used.

I just had the rudest customer service interaction at the ithaca spectrum store. I’m not sure what the qualifications are to work there, but I would imagine basic courtesy would be required. Firstly while I was being helped by a representative, he ignored me and was complaining to his coworker about the customer who had just left. He was then quite rude to me giving me commands and being dismissive. No please or thank you. Your employees need to be better supervised and better vetted.

If I could give zero stars I would . I walked in to pay a bill. When I came in there were two customers. One customer left which left me a one other person in the store. With 4 employees on that I saw personally apparently it takes all 4 employees to handle one person. Never seen anything so ridiculous in my whole life . Booo spectrum get some employees that want to help people
