Nasty and cruel family who own the place. Terrible community members who have mocked disabled folks.

Called to inquire about having a watch sized down. The female who answered was very quick as if my call was an inconvenience and spoke down to me. Went to Mansour instead, they offered a pleasant experience.

I needed a couple links taken out, and the bracelet needed to be reassembled. I was shown a few of their beautiful pieces, and within 4 to 5 minutes my watch was around my wrist. Great service and hospitality!

I went to Schooley's last year to have my grandmother's gold engagement ring repaired, as I wanted to use it as my own wedding ring. The ring was from the 1940's, and had been worn & loved for decades - meaning the band was incredibly thin and warped. Schooley's was able to seamlessly replace the damaged part of the band, fixed some smaller cracks, and cleaned the ring up. It looks beautiful, and you wouldn't ever know it had to be repaired. They were quick, kind, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them.

I can't recommend them enough. Personal and friendly service in such a quaint, family run jewelry store. The jewelry is unique and very beautiful. Check them out, you won't be sorry.

I don't often buy jewelry but when I need something serviced or repaired I have gone to Schooley's . Everyone there is super nice and the place has a vibe of old world customer service. Thanks for the recent repair on my vintage watch.

Schooley's took wonderful care cleaning and resizing a family ring. We worked with very knowledgeable staff who were able to add to the story.

A storied and locally owned institution. It’s great being able to do business with somebody who you bump into dropping off kids at school. I don’t think I’ve ever bumped into Jeff Bezos.Did I mention that they are consummate professionals? That does occasionally cost a nominal fee. Come on Ithaca. Don’t begrudge your neighbor and honest living.

Schooley's is a family-owned local business so for starters, you can't go wrong! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Whatever you are looking for in a jeweler- they are it! If you need a watch battery to be replaced, a necklace repaired, custom work, or a special gift, they are hands down pleased to help! Finding exceptional jewelers who can be trusted is not easy. From the great customer service to high-quality bench work to beautiful pieces, you cannot go wrong. They have a large selection of unique jewelry at competitive pricing, as well as estate jewelry for those that love a rare find like me. They truly care about repairing broken jewelry just as much as they care to help you find the perfect diamond. They are all about making sure you're satisfied. They make sure to make every transaction a smooth one. I’ve had several pieces custom-made, and each time the turnaround time is remarkably quick and the craftsmanship impressive. As an added bonus, the window displays are stunning, the gift wrapping is gorgeous and during the Christmas holiday they have the perfect photo prop out front during store hours. This is always my favorite place to stop during festivals! Down to every tiny detail, they make sure that beautiful memories happen ❤️

I had a watch that had stopped working, and went to ask to have the battery replaced. They did the battery change, I paid, and then just after I stepped out of the store, I realized the watch still wasn't running. I went back in, stated the problem, and the service person said that there was moisture in the watch that meant it wasn't going to work again.I feel that if they had known the watch wasn't functional, they should have told me that before changing the battery and taking the money for it knowing that the battery change wouldn't help. (I don't blame them for not offering a refund once they did the change, though, since they did furnish the battery and do the labor.)

Dave did an excellent job of fixing my necklace and my mom's necklace. It's wonderful doing business with Schooley's. My grandmother did business with them when she was alive. Will definitely continue to go here.
