I've brought multiple cars here over the years like my volvo 740, mustang, cobalt, F150 and focus. Always had great service from them,service was done in a timely manner, customer service was fantastic and always gave a break down on cost/ why it would need to be replace or repaired.

Better show up on time they supposedly told you over the phone or they will send you away. Doesn't matter if you made an appointment over a week in advance.

Went to the store for a tire repair. The owner agreed to replace the tire with a reasonable price but when I got there, he said he could fix the tire but had to charge me more. They did the fixing but the tire was still leaking. I had to fix the tire again in another store. The new store told me that the previous bad fix that was done at Patterson rendered my tire totally unrepairable. This wasted me hundreds of dollars. I would say be cautious before you agree any repair at this store. Take pictures before and after they did any work, and watch them while doing the work.

I have been looking for a service station that delivers quality service and I can trust. Patterson’s meets the mark. They were very clear with what I should expect and also sent updates with pictures when they found parts that were end of life. Their rates are posted and they are friendly. They meet all the marks, 5 stars.

Work was very timely and the customer interaction was very pleasant. However, they overcharged by adding absurd labor costs (~$250 for ~1.5 - 2 hours of work), which costed me $150-200 more than an average wheel bearing replacement.
