I came down to the Napa store to get some rear rotors for my vehicle. Worker named Rob introduced himself to me and was very helpful with questions I had. He was really respectful and understanding. Overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend people to go see rob if you need help with anything.

Worst manager ever... Never around ..talks about her employees,bosses and customers in front of other customers and staff. Horrible attitude and management skills.doesnt even manage to get correct parts to other shops on time.
