They were friendly and responsive, replaced tires quickly. But I asked to check breaks due to grinding noise and they said we're fine. I even went back next day to check again as I was from out of town and had 5 hours drive and they sent me home saying it's just rust and replace them eventually. Noise got worse during my drive home. When I took it to dealer next day, they told me both
rear brakes were metal on metal and had to be replaced. I was put in potentially dangerous situation and don't understand how they could have such different diagnostics. So I wouldn't trust this place when it comes to brakes just tires...

My friend and I made a last minute appointment on a Sunday for a rattling noise when the car started. Monro was busy but they took the time to check the car because we were very stressed ahead of a long car ride. He immediately identified the issue and fixed it within minutes… and didn’t charge us. Truly a great team! Would recommend

My mechanic of 10 years has become overwhelmed with business so I gave Monro a shot. Their shop manager has a great reputation locally and was highly recommended. I take good care of my vehicle so I’m picky about who I use to do repairs, opting for the dealership for complicated things and leaving routine maintenance to a smaller shop mechanic. I’m so happy with Monro and they let me see the vehicle when it is up on the lift. I know my stuff and they are really respectful of my being a part of the process. Hope restored, indeed.

They charged me an hour and a half labor to replace a piece of exhaust pipe while I waited, and I watched the mechanic worked on my car for only half an hour at most. The rest of the time it just sat up there on the lift while they worked on other cars.

They are scammers and lairs. They broke my car’s key and I asked them to repair it, the guy at the front desk threatned me that they will hit me if I don’t leave. I will be filing a formal complaint with the police against them. Don’t ever go there. Go to Mr. Tire. They are the best.

I recently visited for an oil change and was amazed by the service. The team discovered an animal's nest in my car but didn't hesitate to clean it out before showing me the problem. They provided helpful advice on repairing the exposed wire and were incredibly kind throughout the process. Unlike other car shops, they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable asking questions. As a young woman, I truly appreciate the safe and welcoming environment they create.

I had just arrived to Ithaca to pick up my daughter from college when my tire pressure light on went on due to screw puncture. After being turned away by two tire shops, the attendant at Monro Auto Service took my car right in and repaired the damage. I was on the road within 15 minutes and was able to make it back safely from the 5+ hour trip to Long Island. Thank you again to courteous and professional attendant!
