Great experience with Michael Kauffman and Clayton Templar. Honest and straightforward people. Excellent communication. Maguire Toyota definitely doesn’t play games. Don’t waste your time with nyc dealers. I travelled over 3hrs to purchase from them and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for my next Toyota.

We went in after alerts were coming on in our Prius. After being promised our vehicle would be assembled for my wife to take home Friday evening (she was scheduled to work over the weekend and they were told this), the tech disassembled the vehicle and left it that way until Monday morning. She missed work for two days because of this. Monday morning they advised we completely replace the hybrid system ($4,000+). I then took it to my regular shop: a filter came loose and was stopping a cooling fan from spinning. <$200 and fixed by 11am the morning they started. I would never recommend someone get work done here. I feel like we dodged an attempted grift. I would give 0 stars if possible.
