Maguire Kia was the best car buying process we’ve ever had, dealing with Sam Capozzi & Beth Guernsey was an absolute breath of fresh air with extreme transparency for our family. We started our search at a Rochester area dealer but quickly realized their pressure tactics and unclear sales practices weren’t for us. Ultimately we were referred to Maguire in Ithaca by a family friend. Sam quickly located the exact vehicle we wanted in our favorite color. The 2025 Hybrid Kia Carnival is amazing coupled with the strong pricing and trade in proposal, we feel like we’ve hit the jackpot and will stick with the Maguire Family of Dealerships for life! We purchased our new Kia in March with the help of Sales Specialist, Kayla Gokey. She made the entire process hassle free! We live over 2 hours away, and we were able to complete most of the transaction over the internet. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. We could not have been more pleased with how easy and transparent they were with the entire process. We would highly recommend Maguire Family of Dealerships and Sales Specialist Kayla Gokey!

Came in found a perfect Volvo XC90 T6 inscription! My Volvo xc70, my baby went to the other side recently so I needed a vehicle and was apprehensive about the whole process of buying a new or used vehicle. Clayton Templar at McGuire Volvo here in Ithaca made transitioning to a new vehicle seamless, you can't put a price on the quality of service attention and customer satisfaction. My decision to purchase a car at this dealer was Clayton who was very helpful and knowledgeable as I was exploring my options. There was never a moment I wondered if a suggestion of his was for any reason other than me getting a good deal. I am very happy about how everything worked out.

Working with Des at Maguires was such a pleasure! She worked tirelessly with me to make a deal go through & helped me navigate to make sure I ended up in the car I wanted. I told Des what I was looking for and she instantly sent me the perfect car. Des knew the ins and outs and spent almost an hour going through the car so I understood the new technology. She’s the best !

Unbelievable. I can't believe people actually buy from this place. I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership because I saw the car I was looking for on their website for a price that was in my budget, and they advertised "upfront competitive low pricing" on their vehicles. The fact that they wanted to make me pay $1000/month for a 4 year old Subaru WRX, advertised for $24,900, and then undervalue my trade, which according to 3 other dealerships ranges from around $7000, and offer me $5000, and if I opted out of their little protection package I'd pay even more. Plus, every dealership I've went to offers 72 month financing, which this dealership strongly objects to because they don't think we'll keep the car. There's a host of similar cars on the market back home offering the exact same cars but newer, slightly out of my budget, and with a monthly payment that's half of this, all for no money down. Salesman hardly knew anything about the car, and always went back to his manager every time we asked him a question. And then to top it off, you want a chalk up the fact that you're ripping me off, to sales tax? Then you have the gall to ask if we'd be returning for your business?Yeah no thanks. I've been in the automotive industry for 10 years, and I've never been more thoroughly disgusted with a business that I have been with this one. A gross disservice to anyone willing to buy a car. Steer clear.PS they're "entering their slow season, and may try to get you a good deal." Save yourself some money and don't fall for it. Only upfront thing about this place is that they lied from the very beginning.

I found Kayla to be very helpful. I went in with intent on maybe leasing a new vehicle but not knowing if this was the right for me. Kayla helped me to not only to find the perfect car for me, but she also made everything so easy and smooth. Now I have a new lease with a reliable vehicle that I love for a better price than I could have asked for.
