Two bad experience, not honest i will not be back

This is the third time Lane's did work that needed redoing: a wheel bearing replaced at 100K miles that failed after just 14K, an A/C fix that failed after a week, and now a wiring repair that failed after 2 days. Each time they have an excuse and want more to fix the fix. Won't go there again.

Each time they have an excuse and want more to fix the fix. We won't go there again.

I can’t say enough good things about Lane’s Automotive. Every time I take my car there I am surprised at how competent they are and how they will go the extra mile to fix a problem and if it turns out to be something simple they won’t charge a lot of money even though they could. I have complete trust and confidence in them and would recommend Lane’s Automotive to anyone!!!!!

So it comes down to this: they are honest, knowledgeable, and fair. On top of that, they are great mechanics with a customer service component that gives you options and helpful advice. Shops like this are hard to come by these days.

You know when you take your car to the dealer and they say that they checked all the fluids and lubed the joints, etc but you don't really believe that they did but just checked the little box? Well I took my car to Lane's and they REALLY did check everything and found my transmission fluid was really low! I don't know how all the other places missed it but I'm happy to find an automotive shop that cares enough to check! The prices were excellent and the service fast. I can't say enough good things about Lane's.
