Very disappointed in the Ithaca, NY store. I stocked shelving; shoe area is terrible! Sale items crammed on racks that consist of shabby clothing. Store in Big Flats much nicer.

I can't speak to Kohl's as a department store, but as an Amazon return site the process was pleasant. Easy in and out, very friendly and helpful staff.

Their staff is very friendly and helpful. However , terrible quality for ridiculous prices. So far every item I’ve purchased that are Kohls brands or sold just through Kohls has fallen apart within 2 wears sometimes 1. This is just not acceptable. In addition, they have e very limited stock at this location. I will longer be purchasing anything other than name brand sneakers at Kohl’s. The quality of their merchandise is dollar store at best

A lovely guy named Jack had helped me out in this location. He helped me around the store and get the things I needed. I highly recommend going to see this guy, he’s amazing and even checked me out on the register after!

Was there for the first time. They have a nice collection of clothing ? and some on Black Friday sale. Good value for the money. They also have a nice collection of Christmas ? jumpers and partyware.? ?? ? ? ??
